Help Make Our Concert Special
Every concert is a celebration of what our young singers have worked toward all season. Your support helps create the welcoming, intentional experience that makes PYC special. Choose the role that works best for you below.
6–8 needed
Arrive 45 min before
Help guests find their way during arrival. You'll be assigned to either ticket-scanning at the door or helping folks find their seats. Those helping with seating will be released once the concert starts. Those handling tickets will stay in place through the first song.

- Direct people to restrooms as needed
2 needed
Arrive 1 hour before
Create a welcoming refreshment space for our guests.
- Arrange cookies on serving platters
- Keep gluten-free & nut-free options separated
- Dispose of packaging
2–5+ needed
After concert
Help us reset the space for the next event. No need to arrive early—you'll receive detailed instructions ahead of time, and our staff will be there to guide you.
- Bundle pew signs & collect programs
- Reset hymnals & tidy chairs
- Gather leftover cookies to donate
