PYC runs on the adults who show up — at the check-in table, in the library, at the back of the hall on concert day. You don’t need a musical background. You don’t need a lot of time. You just need to be willing, and we’ll find the right fit.

Rehearsal Check-In & Safety

Be the welcoming face at the door on rehearsal days — checking singers in, matching families at pickup, and keeping our space secure while rehearsal is underway. Our most consistent need, and the best way to get to know other PYC families.

Weekly or occasional · during rehearsal

Concert Support

Help our concerts feel warm and well-run — greeting guests, ushering, setting out refreshments, resetting the space afterward. Most roles release you in time to hear your singer sing.

A few hours · one to three times a season

Retreat Support

Join us at our September retreats as an overnight chaperone. High-trust, high-fun, and the singers remember these weekends for years.

Includes a background check, training, and a pre-retreat meeting.

Music Library Help

Sorting, filing, and prepping the folders and scores that make rehearsal possible. Quiet, satisfying, and endlessly useful. Music readers welcome, but not required.

Office Support

Mailings, data entry, event prep — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small staff moving. A good fit if you’d rather help from a desk than a crowd.
